I cannot recommend Poseidon Plumbing enough! We live in Lake Hiawatha, where the water is extremely hard, and they installed a three-stage whole house filtration system that has completely changed the quality of our water. On top of that, they adjusted our home’s water pressure, which was embarrassingly weak before—taking a shower felt like being dribbled on. Now, it’s absolutely perfect! They also removed some pressure regulators from our showerheads and fixtures to give us the best possible water flow, and wow, what a difference. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. We received text updates every step of the way—when the appointment was scheduled, when they were on the way (complete with real-time tracking, like an Amazon Prime delivery!), and even when our detailed invoice was sent. Paying was incredibly easy, too—I used Apple Pay through a payable link, which made the whole thing effortless. The team was professional, in uniform, and very presentable. They kept us informed throughout the job and even wore shoe covers inside our home, which was a nice touch. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and customer service. I recently had an unusual problem of suddenly my floor tiles getting warm. It was suggested that there may be a water leak. The problem was that my house is on a slab and no basement. Poseidon plumbing came immediately and were able to diagnose the issue and pinpoint where the possible leak may be. They cut into the tiles and cement and were able to fix the issue . What I liked is that they explained their process to me step by step and how they would resolve it. Hussein and his technicians, Jason and Chris, were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue and my options. They were efficient in completing the repair and even cleaned up afterwards. The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. This is a review for Poseidon and Hussein S. in particular. I called on a Saturday requesting a quote and evaluation for some non-emergency plumbing repairs. Within 48 hours the evaluation was scheduled, the quote was prepared, and the work was completed. I received detailed texts, emails, and invoices all throughout, convenient and electronic. Hussein and his colleague were clearly knowledgeable and experienced, worked hard without a break, got everything done neatly and tidily, and even took a look at some other issues in the house when the work was completed. Especially given the level of service provided, their rates were competitive.

Bought house two where ago and main pipe in basement was cast iron and rotting, Poseidon Plumbing was very honest from the first second to the last. They spoke to me as I was family but more importantly got the job done. Removed all the old pipes and replaced with with brand new pipes. No more leak, rust, or moisture in my basement. Very satisfied customer couldn’t ask for more. Very fair pricing.
